SUMMARY:Wellness Exchange at UNC Lineberger
DESCRIPTION:The Wellness Exchange is an immersive\, interactive wellness symposium for people with cancer\, their caregivers\, and their adult family members. During the Wellness Exchange\, participants will have the opportunity to learn from guest speakers\, laugh with a comedian\, practice wellness through art and writing therapy\, move their bodies with yoga and exercise\, and rest through meditation\, mindfulness\, and reiki. During lunch\, we will hear from NFL Legend Chris Draft and winningest ACC women’s basketball coach Sylvia Hatchell. Participants will chose the sessions they wish to attend during the day.
